There is a $350 non-refundable pet fee that goes to the homeowner.  This fee is for any damage the pet may do.

Pet related damage goes above and beyond what the regular security deposit covers, which is why the pet fee is an extra charge aside form the security deposit.

• Our pet limit is 25 pounds unless otherwise specified by the homeowner.

• We do not allow outside dogs to be kenneled or tied.

• We allow inside animals only.

The homeowner of each property has the right to not allow pets, or restrict the type and size of pets they do allow.  As an example, they may allow dogs, but not cats, etc.
